Picture a few days after Thanksgiving: Are you imagining yourself full of food? Maybe full of family? Let’s explore the Meadowlands after the holiday! Grab your favorite adventure buddy and join us for a bird walk on Saturday, November 30 from 12-2 pm. We will look out for wading birds, songbirds, waterfowl, and anyone else who is in the park.

​We will meet at Richard W. DeKorte Park and then head out on the pathway/boardwalk. We will walk for about 2 miles. Please dress for the weather, wear closed-toe shoes, bring water and binoculars if you have them. Let’s get birdy!

Our purpose is to lead guided bird walks throughout New Jersey, encouraging all to appreciate the beauty and wonder of nature. Beachy Birder Adventures gives everyone a chance to be curious, learn and discover something new. Our walks are low key and meant for the bird curious. We slow-bird. We look to meet people where they are through lighthearted humor.
