November 16 Books and Birds: Asbury Park Sunset Bird Walk
In partnership with Wolfe & Kron Books, grab your favorite adventure buddy and join us for a sunset bird walk in Asbury Park on Sunday, November 16 from 2:30 – 4:30 pm. We will look out for wading birds, songbirds, and anyone else who is in the area.
Birding is for everyone. All are welcome on our friendly and respectful Beachy Birder Adventures!
We will meet at Wolfe & Kron Books to grab some birdy books and then head out to Sunset Lake. We will walk for about two miles. Please dress for the weather, wear closed-toe shoes, bring water, layers, snacks, a hat, and binoculars if you have them. We have five pairs of 8×25 birding binoculars for you to borrow as needed, and we will have a spotting scope to look through as well.
Our outings are rain or shine but in the event of extreme weather we will reschedule for a more enjoyable experience. Let’s get birdy!
